What information do we collect?
When you sign up to our newsletter the data we collect includes your child`s name, class (which we will update yearly), your name and your email address.
We never have access to your financial information when you make payments via PayPal, Stripe or Sum up. All sensitive financial information is held securely by the processing companies and they never share this with us or anyone else.
How do we use personal information?
We use mail chimp to create our newsletters and emails will only ever be sent by our official school email address for the appeal fund. The only people that will have access to this will be the committee members.
We will never pass this on to anyone else and this information is held in our committee folder and on the chair and vice chairs computers, which are password protected.
What legal basis do we have for processing your personal data?
Once our newsletter is set up you are entitled to withdraw at any time you see fit as this is for marketing and promotional use rather than legal use.
When do we share personal data?
We will never share your personal data with anyone outside of Lexden Springs Appeal Fund.
